When you fill in the form: your full name, phone number, email (if provided), the selected service and your message. When you message us on Viber or WhatsApp or call us: the information you share with us in the conversation.

The website uses anonymous, cookie-free visitor statistics that do not identify you personally.

Only to reply to your request, prepare a quote and deliver the agreed service. We don't use it for advertising without your separate consent, and we never sell it.

4. How long we keep it

For as long as needed to respond to your request and complete the service, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires longer retention (for example, accounting records).

5. Who we share it with

We don't sell or hand over your data to third parties. It is processed only by the technical services the website needs to work — website hosting and the email delivery service — and only for that purpose.

6. Remote access

We connect to your computer only at your request and with your permission. We access only what is needed to fix the problem and do not copy your personal data.

You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Just send us a message. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency of North Macedonia.
